Oriental Noodle Salad

From Raedle Aulburn

Cook and drain thin spaghetti noodles.

Add dressing (while noodles are still hot):
Lots of Sesame oil around 1/4 cup
A little Soy Sauce, around 1-2 tbl sp
Fresh or dried ginger 1/4-1/2 tsp.
A little rice vinegar maybe 2 tbl. sp
Around 3 tbls.Peanut butter, I like Adams.
1-2 tbl. Honey
A splash of Worchesterchire sauce
2/3 cup or so of fresh chopped herbs, basil or cilantro or parsely If the dressing is too strong or acidic I add a little olive and veg oil You can also buy Chinese Salad Dressing if you want a quicker meal; Girards makes a really good one.

Add to the dressed noodles:
2 shredded carrots
1 chopped bell pepper
Fresh Snap peas
3-5 chopped grean onions white and green parts toasted sesame seeds Then some source of protein- toasted nuts, shrimp, tofu

Chill and serve cold.
